Rann and Kyle continued on in the walker, coming to the Sith and Imperial lines. Rann targeted the tank and opened fire, destroying the first tank. The young Jedi turned the targeting reticule to the next AT-AT and opened fire.
"Set the proton cores!" Kyle yelled
Rann continued to fire on the AT-AT, with the AT-AT firing back. The tall walker shook and rocked. Kyle watched and planted the core.
"Lets GO!" Kyle yelled, grabbing Rann by the collar. The two Jedi jumped out the hole as the large walker began exploding from the inside. The other AT-AT contiued walking towards as the exploding walker as the final explosion lit up the sky, the sound seemingly stopped for a moment, with a bright light a shreiking sound ripped through the imperial lines.

Rann an Kyle ran back to the temple where Luke's X-wing was landing.
"Master Skywalker!" Rann said
"The temple is losing Jedi, fast. We need to evacuate." Kyle said.
The three Jedi stopped for a moment and looked at each other.
"Jaden" Rann said.
"I have to go, Luke" Kyle said.
"i know" Luke replied.
Kyle ran out the back of the Hangar. Rann stopped and looked at Luke.
"Master, Jaden is too strong. Kyle will need our help." Rann said
"im afraid your right, my former padawan." Luke said.
"I'm going to help the younglings, i'm going to need your help" Luke said
"But master" Rann started.
"i know, go. I'll ready the Talon"
Rann nodded and jumped on a speeder bike, speeding off towards where Jaden's dark presence was eminating from...

Jaden walked out of his shuttle, behind him were two Dark Jedi and a group of Stormtroopers.
Jaden watched as he saw Kyle running through the forest.
The new sith lord's eyes narrowed and he smirked as Kyle arrived.
"This ends now, Jaden" Kyle said
"pathetic Jedi" Jaden said, igniting his saber.
Kyle switched his saber on, as did the two Dark Jedi behind Jaden.
"you know i can beat you, Jaden." Kyle said "Don't do this"
"not this time, my former master. I am a master of the true force! the whole force!" Jaden said, as he lunged at Kyle...

The Lionheartstreaked past the bridge of the star destroyer, the turrets firing wildly at a group of pursuing ties. The Lionheart shuddered as the shields took multiple direct hits.

"Shields at 70 percent" the co-pilot said, Aiden did a barrel roll while pulling straight up away from the star destroyer. A Y-Wing went down in flames and exploded as it crashed violently into one of the star destroyers main cannons.
Aiden had the ship do a vertical U, and as he came back down for another pass, The quad laser cannons of the gunners fired into the vitals of the weaker-armor of the control sections of the Star Destroyer, Aiden fired the main cannons and a cluster of missles, pieces of star destroyer were blasted off into space, in the resulting explosions.

The Lionheart took another few glancing hits on its shields as Aiden hit slammed the engines to 125% and blasted away from the star destroyer. The missile alert system started beeping, a loud piercing sound, it didn't offer much warning as a cluster of missiles hit the ship directly aft, causing one of the engines to fizzle out and stop.

Rann slowed his speeder bike as he watched Jaden luge at Kyle. He sped up and jumped off at the last second, igniting is lightsaber in mid-air. Rann landed and slashed at the two Dark Jedi who ignited thier sabers. Blue and Red light flashed wildly in the forest. Rann jumped over the back of one of them and began a deadly dance with the two dark jedi as he watched Kyle and Jaden duel in the forest...

As the battle raged apon the planet and above a lone figure stood and watched.

"At last the wheels have been put into motion. The galaxy shall not be the same..."

The lone figure, Darth Rin, began to walk towards the temple...

Marach spun through the endless swarm of TIEs. Sweat poured from his brow as heis hands danced over the controls. TIEs were falling left and right but there were too many...worse yet one of the Interceptors had a Dark presence on it. Marach was fighting a losing battle.

Marach felt his ship shake as the TIE Interceptor's fire tore through his engines. The Interceptor had to pull away as Wedge's ship blasted at him from above. Marach looked at the carnage around him and saw as the rebel fleet came out of hyperdrive. He headed for the closest frigate.

Frantically searching his display for a way to get past the Star Destroyer to Yavin IV, Korto witnessed a vintage Jedi Starfighter swing between the Destroyer's shield generators trailing 2 missiles.

The generators erupted into twin pillars of flame, removing the Star Destroyer from the fight; at least for the moment.

Korto had seen some good pilots in his time, but he had never seen a move like that before.

You crazy son of a bantha!, Korto marveled.

How'd you do that?

As the damaged Destroyer limped off for repairs, Korto plotted a course that would take him in an arc away from the battle over Yavin IV, then back in on the opposite side of the moon...

"I'm tired of this." Carnage said as he emtied his ship of his torpedoes at Marach. "Bring in our backup." He spoke into the communicator.
"Right away sir." Just then three more Star Destroyers and on Super Star Destroyer emerged from hypersapce.
"It's about time." Carnage said as he pulled away from the fight and headed for the Super Destroyer.
"All fighters and ships attack the rebel fleet that just came out of hyperspace immediately." He pulled into the hangar and got out of his ship.
"Put in more torpedoes." He said and went to the Bridge to watch the battle again...

The Star Shadow screamed through the upper atmosphere of Yavin IV, leaving a fiery trail of metal vapor and black smoke in its wake. In the cockpit, Korto struggled with his controls to keep the ship stabilized and prevent it from burning up on entry.

As the ship completed the transition from space to atmosphere, its bucking and shaking subsided. Korto exhaled in relief, wiping the sweat from his brow.

"Another successful entry" he said, giving himself a mental pat on the back.

"Now, to find a place to land..."

On a Super Star Destroyer, Imperial General Jon Fust witnesses the battle over Yavin VI on a holograpic table. He then just recieved a message:

Imperial officer: General Fust, I have a report.

Jon: What is it?

Imperial Officer: A band of Jedi Starfighters led by Joe Antilles are attacking.

Jon: BLAST!! Send all available defenses.

Imperial Officer: Yes sir. Sir, they're heading right tor--"

Joe and his team destroyed the report tower. Jon Fust has had an earlier encounter with Joe Antilles. Joe and Rann took over one of his Star Destroyers once and devastated an Imperial fleet. When they left, he was in deep space all alone. That's why he has a hate for Joe, as well as Rann.
