up fo sale is a freshly formed set of STORMTROOPER ARMOR. the kit consists of all armor parts, UNASSEMBLED and completely trimed, sanded, and cleaned. the armor was custom-formed by... myself, and is formed from a plastic know as "high-impact polystyrene" (HIPS). this plastic is durable, and is able to reproduce fine details when thermoformed. it is of 1/6" thickness, and can be trimmed down or shimmed up to fit almost anyone. i also have on hand some plastic pieces so you can shim-up the pieces to fit your build. this kit includes:

1. ALL armor parts, trimmed, sanded, cleaned, UNASSEMBLED
2. strips of plastic for shims / trimwork for thighs, calves, forearms, biceps, ect.
3. themal detonator PVC pipe (will need painted to correct color [silver])
4. plastic belt strap (textured to look like white leather)

i'm thinking of including instructions. construction is pretty straight forward, but if you require instruciitons, just PM me and i can make a copy.

in order to have a complete suit, you will need the following:

1. boots
2. undersuit
3. neckpiece
4. blaster
5. blaster holster
6. HELMET

this is a nice little costume. it's PERFECT for haloween (in fact, i won the city costume contest last year with this same design of suit!), parties, and more.

the helmet shown is a UK helmet, bought at ebay.co.uk . i suggest checking this site out for helmets.
