Fear Effect (no relation to the game)

It is a new age for the world. The war on Terror seems to be at an end. America, once known as the Great Imperialist is now known as the Great Peacemaker. However, there is instability brewing from within and terror is about to fall on the nation once more.

Notes:
--All characters are fictional, including politicians.
--Characters can and will die throughout the story. I trust that RPers won't go around killing everyone, and I will keep a close eye on who lives and who dies. If you write in a death remember this...Karma returns itself threefold. If I feel the death wasn't a necessary part of the story, then you should expect your character to die a particularly gruesome death at the hands of the GM. I may in certain circumstances reverse PC killings but in most cases I won't.
--You can have up to three active full PCs at one time.

It was unexpected but this story has turned into a different style than I planned. I have a plan. Every person crates three characters. One a local based LA good guy or civilian. One a National level politician or general or something (head of FBI for example.) And one terrorist based bad guy. It should make for an interesting game.

OK. I've got an idea for a terrorist leader of a group known as Red Scorpion. They are currently infiltrating every major western power. Their group has done nothing illegal yet, they are waiting for the right moment for a simultaneous strike.

But anyways is this only happening in LA? And a side note i don't think that James Jenkins and David Jenkins are related =) just so there wont be confusion. Or at least i think he is approved.
