I'm all for a live action TV series but I've read theres no plans for Jedis. This is a major mistake that may doom the series as many fans & causal views will be tuning in for them. Laser blasting shows have been done, its the laser sword battles that makes Star Wars stand out, without the Force & Jedi Knights the show will seem like newer Star Trek series with more action, yet I'm so sick of Star Trek's boring approach with no important people ever dying and always beating god-like creatures and other silly stuff. I WANT JEDIS, LIGHT-SABRES, ATHLETIC MARTIAL ARTS SWORD BATTLES AND THE FORCE! With some kind of compromise allot people will tune out much like how the new V series disappoints old fans.
